Shane Thibadeau, Lead Service Technician
Shane just recently reached his one year mark with Unggoy Broadband! Shane has worked as the Lead Service Technician connecting the majority of our current customers. Along with connecting customers to Unggoy service, Shane’s role is essential for developing procedures and training for field service operations, inventory management, pre-installation and post-installation work, technical support, and vehicle fleet management.
After graduating Valley High school, Shane worked in several roles at a local food production facility. Shane is an outdoors enthusiast who loves hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling and boating. He came to Unggoy for career advancement, better opportunities and, of course, working outside!
We are lucky to have such dedicated employees like Shane on our team!
