Meet the Unggoy Team: Who are these people anyway?!

California dreaming! Jacque moved to Iowa about two years ago coming all the way from the sunny state of California. While she does miss the climate, she doesn’t miss the congestion. She’s really enjoying the wide open spaces here in Northeast Iowa! Jacque enjoys reading and gardening in her spare time.

Jacque joined the team as our Customer Care Coordinator. Her position was created due to increased business demand for Unggoy service. We wanted to improve relations with customers and to better organize our expansion efforts. She manages the customer experience from initial contact through installation. Her duties include performing market research, managing the service schedule for optimal efficiency, performing customer follow-up communications, educating customers and guests on our products and performing pre-installation administrative tasks.

When asked why she decided to join the Unggoy team, Jacque noted she got ‘good vibes’ from all of us here. She said, “You make an old lady feel young!” Well Miss Jacque, you’re not too ‘old’ to bring a lot of spunk to the Unggoy team! We’re so happy to have you!
