Meet the Unggoy Team: Who Are These People Anyway?!

Brad Cline, Field Service Technician

Brad Cline is another local member of the Unggoy team born and raised in Charles City. Brad has attended NIACC graduating with an associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and the University of Iowa earning his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Physiology. He left Hawkeye country to move back home to Charles City to be closer to his family and friends. He’s very excited to be welcoming a baby this February!

Brad joined the Unggoy team as a Field Service Technician. He is responsible for installation, troubleshooting, upgrading and maintenance of our customer’s residential and commercial broadband systems. Brad works closely with the Unggoy customer formulating the installation plan, evaluating equipment location, locating proper access and formulating wiring plans in addition to arranging the correct equipment. Brad is an extremely well-organized, people-person who excels in his position at Unggoy.

While off duty, Brad enjoys sports… A LOT! In the fall, he bowls with a men’s league at the Comet Bowl two nights a week. In the summer, his slow-pitch softball team plays locally and also travels all over Iowa for tournaments on the weekends. Brad is an avid fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Seattle Seahawks. During football season, he enjoys competing in three different fantasy leagues with friends.

Brad joined Unggoy to become a part of a company with so much potential for success. When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Brad replied, “It’s being able to provide customers with the best Internet around and knowing that’s the absolute truth. I really enjoy the interaction between the customers and myself and knowing they are absolutely satisfied when I leave.”
